Eric and his team went above and beyond to really make our wedding meal perfect! We loved working with everyone and they were so helpful and accommodating to our requests. We had a fully vegetarian menu, from the appetizers to the main dinner, and many of our more carnivorous guests who may not have eaten some of the foods before were raving about how much they loved all of the dishes! Thanks for helping our friends and family learn to love veggies, Eric!!

All of the food was cooked outside on giant cast iron grills, which brought out some amazing flavors in the veggies and also totally fit our theme! We also loved hearing from multiple guests that it was the best wedding meal they had ever had! Eric was so helpful and we felt totally comfortable and confident entrusting him to make a wedding dinner beyond our wildest dreams. We highly recommend working with Eric for your big day!

Bitter Herb works to create a meal experience that is about much more than the food itself. For our wedding in particular, Eric's vision was one of sharing food around the table, giving our guests and newly combined families a chance to interact with each other over the food. The food itself was phenomenal. There were six sauces to choose from which allowed for a "create your own" meal experience. From the Swiss chard goat cheese wraps to the perfectly charred cauliflower, our guests were left with nothing but satisfaction after the meal was over!

From the front of house staff to the servers to the cooks, everyone worked as a flawless unit. The staff served roughly 150 people in 23 minutes, which was truly incredible. They worked tirelessly for days leading up to the wedding, and had smiles on their faces the entire time.

The food was unlike anything i or anyone had tasted. I have been to a lot of weddings and never in my life had anything that compared to just the bread. I had a little under 200 people at my wedding and the service was prompt and smooth. Better than most restaurants i’ve eaten at. Keep in mind this was done all outside. They made an entire kitchen out there! What we wanted was for family and friends strangers and acquaintances to all share an experience that none of us would ever forget. For everyone to share a delicious meal together and create a bond through the food. I’ll end with a quote i heard indirectly from someone on the shuttle back to their cars “wasn’t that the best food you ever had in your life!”
